The Childhood Cancer Lifeline launched a scholarship program for the 2014-2015 school year. The eligibility of this scholarship is specifically for childhood cancer survivors who are graduating from a New Hampshire High School. Additionally, students are eligible to receive a new laptop, if they have not received one from CCL as a result of a new diagnosis since January 1, 2013.

Enterovirus in Area
The City of Nashua Division of Public Health and Community Services recently sent information to our district about Enterovirus D-68 (EV-D68), a respiratory illness that can cause mild to severe cold and respiratory symptoms. As of September 10, 2014, a total of 84 people across six states have been confirmed cases of EV-D68. The towns of Wilton and Lyndeborough are in the area that needs to be aware of this community health concern. Please click on this link to learn more information.
